Liver is Not an NBE Supplement
Beef Liver, TikTok, and NBE Claims
I've recently seen a number of TikTok videos which portray beef liver as an NBE supplement. For those who aren't familiar with the term, NBE stands for "Natural Breast Enlargement." These videos feature ample-chested women who claim they experienced multiple cup sizes of bust growth from taking liver pills.
There are a few problems with this narrative:
1. These influencers are being paid to promote a product. They're profiting so what they say should be taken with a large grain of salt.
2. No evidence has been offered to support their claims.
3. Beef liver isn't known in the supplement industry as an NBE product. I've sold freeze-dried liver for years and have never talked to a single woman who said she experienced breast growth while taking it. I've personally dried organ powder, know several of the major importers and co-packers, etc. I'm familiar with all aspects of the organ meat industry. No one was making those claims about liver until NBE supplements became popular on TikTok.
Liver is a superfood - rich in in micronutrients, vitamins, protein and collagen - so it could be helpful for underweight or malnourished women who wish to gain bust size. There are multiple reasons why a woman's chest might not be at its "genetic potential" (just as many men's bodies aren't as fit as they could be) and having adequate nutrition plays a major role in achieving this.
There are even women who've blogged about the role of nutrition in maximizing breast growth. Beef liver supplements could be useful for that, but I am extremely skeptical that they're going to cause a healthy woman to suddenly jump multiple cup sizes without taking any other supplements. Claims like that frustrate me because they're clearly manipulative and based off lies.
I've sold liver long enough to see how the industry has become swamped with charlatans, conmen, and those with no sense of accountability. People like that are happy to lie through their teeth (often to teens) to move as many bottles as possible. It's the same reason they tend to recommend people take more capsules per day than is necessary.
